UCalgary Virtual Open House!

The University of Calgary will be hosting it’s virtual Open House event on Saturday, October 2^nd 2021 from 10:00am-2:00pm (MDT). We are super excited to show you everything that UCalgary has to offer, and why UCalgary is the right choice for you!

This event is your chance to connect and chat with over 40 different faculties and services, to explore our programs, and gain valuable insight into university life and the UCalgary campus experience through virtual campus tours and discovery sessions.

Our virtual Open House event will be split into three main sessions:

1. Exhibition hall

Our exhibition hall will consist of over 40 virtual booths including faculties, programs, and support services. These exhibitors will be organized into six floors of our virtual platform, making it easy to navigate and find the booths you are interested in learning more about! Each booth will be happy to chat with you.

If you have questions regarding program admission requirements, be sure to check out the Admissions and Recruitment booth located on the Prospective Student Office floor.

2. Discovery sessions

Our discovery sessions are webinars that will dive deeper into a specific topic, faculty, or service area to provide answers to any questions you may have! Explore sample lectures or information sessions of 30 to 60-minute webinars.

If you are interested in attending more than one session at the same time, do not worry! All of our discovery webinars will be uploaded to the Choose UCalgary YouTube channel shortly after the event.

3. Virtual campus tours

Be sure to attend our live campus tours that will be running throughout the day – every hour, on the hour! The tour is 40 minutes in length, and there will be an instant chat feature to provide you with the opportunity to ask our Tour Leaders any questions throughout the tour!
