Professor presents to Canadian Property Tax Association

Professor Shaun Fluker presented to the Canadian Property Tax Association on Mar. 8, on Standard of Review in Administrative Law. Shaun also commented on the upcoming appeal in Edmonton v Capilano Shopping Centres, to be hear on March 23 by the Supreme Court of Canada. "One issue in the case is the standard of review applied by the Alberta Court of Appeal in this case," said Shaun. He commented on the Alberta Court of Appeal decision subject to this appeal on ABlawg last year.
