Samantha Leech

The overarching goal of my thesis is to understand the origins of chronic pain in knee osteoarthritis (OA). My research will simultaneously consider peripheral (joint) and central (brain) contributions of knee OA pain using a combination of knee magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and brain imaging using magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS).
