Research Interests

I am a computer engineer and Ph.D. candidate in biomedical engineering. I received my undergraduate (2010-2014) and MSc degree from the Isfahan University of Technology (2014, 2017).

I am passionate about Deep learning, medical imaging, and image processing. I like to bring my data and image analysis knowledge into biomedical applications, especially diseases that affect a wide range of populations. During my master's study, I have developed an automatic vessel segmentation algorithm to extract coronary artery from angiogram videos. My Ph.D. research focus is to develop and apply advanced machine-learning to quantify burdens of osteoarthritis. My goal is to develop an integrated tool for detecting early changes in osteoarthritis causes, and a standard way to measure the changes that happen during the disease progression accurately.

I am Experienced working with the mainstream Deep Learning architectures Development skills with Machine Learning frameworks including Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, and Keras.
