Research

Research interests

Anthonia joined the McCaig Institute in 2018 as a M.Sc student in the Medical Science Graduate Program under the supervision of Dr. Antoine Dufour. Her research focuses on further characterization of calpains, a widespread family of proteases with various functions in different physiological settings. Anthonia's research interests include proteomics, joint health and bone research, mass spectrometry, calpains, and proteases.
